This site was created by the US Department of Agriculture. It allows individuals to track their nutrition and exercise. There are commercial systems that do the same thing and probably have more bells and whistles. The nice part about this site is that it’s free.

Interesting web site I found while researching for a paper. It looks like it’s maintained by a nurse in Canada (June Kaminski, PhDc) who is working on a PhD. I haven’t looked through everything yet but I wanted to mark it so I could go back.
