Monday, October 29th, 2007Open source tool for collecting form data into a database. It doesn’t create any forms, but it will help you modify the forms you have so you can collect the submitted information and store it in a database rather than just receive it through the mail. It was pretty easy to install. It took some trial and error to get a form set up to store on the database, but it looks like a workable solution.
